 Loyal and True - Private Cremation

This basic private package includes the following: 

• Removal of your pet in a casket and blanket from the clinic or your home with a 25 mile radius. 
• Your pet will have his/her own True Tracking Tag with identification number throughout the removal and cremation to insure integrity of the cremation process. 
• An heirloom paw print cast in clay and a fur clipping. 
• Return of your pet’s cremains in a floral engraved wooden urn. 
• Online Pet Memorial. 
• Grief support information. 
• Return cremated remains 24-36 hours.

 Loyal and True – Semi-Private Cremation

This basic semi-private package includes the following: 

• Removal of your pet in a casket and blanket from the clinic or your home with a 25 mile radius.  
• Your pet will have his/her own True Tracking Tag with identification number throughout the removal and cremation to insure integrity of the cremation process. The cremation will be completed simultaniously with other pets; separated in a fashion to allow us the ability to return your pet's cremated remains to you.
• An heirloom paw print cast in clay and a fur clipping.  
• Return of your pet’s cremains in a velvet bag and white basic urn.
• Online Pet Memorial and grief support information
• Return cremated remains 3-4 days

Loyal and True – Group Cremation

This basic group package includes the following:

• Removal of your pet in a Loyal and True white corrugated container with a cushioned pet pad from the clinic or your home within a 25 mile radius. 
• Your pet’s cremains will be placed annually in our Pet Memorial Garden, marked by the year. 
• Grief support information.

 Loyal and True – Farewell Ceremony or Memorial Service

This service may be added to any type of cremation or burial service you select. The Farewell or Memorial Service includes but is not limited to following:

•  Up to two hours of visitation prior to the Ceremony or Service. 
• Service Programs and keepsake memorial folders. 
• Online Pet Memorial. 
• The conduction of the Ceremony or Service in our facility. 

Farewell Ceremony or Memorial Service Charge $325

 Loyal and True – Burial Assistance

This service includes but is not limited to following:

•  Removal of your pet in a casket and blanket from the clinic or your home with a 25 mile radius. 
• An heirloom paw print cast in clay and a fur clipping. 
• The holding of your pet (for up to five days) until the date of burial. [A fee of $15.00 /day will be assessed after the five days.] 
• Instructions for the preparation of a grave on your property or the arrangement of a particular grave to be opened at the pet cemetery or your choice. 
• Online Pet Memorial. 
• Grief support information. 

Farewell Ceremony or Memorial Service Charge $95
