Carol Louise Masters

Carol Louise Masters, 88, of Middletown, passed away on June 20, 2022, at her residence. She was born on April 16, 1934, in Wyoming, the daughter of Hans and Agnes (Langley) Frahm. Carol proudly served her country in the United States Women's Army Corp. She graduated from the Anderson School of Practical Nursing. Carol had worked at St. John's Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 25 years. She attended the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, was a member of the Middletown American Legion Post #216 Women's Auxillary, was a Cub Scout Den Leader, and a founding member of the Middletown Food Pantry. Carol is survived by her children, Cindy (Dan) Glass, Dan (Penny) Masters, Elaine Masters, and Patty (Terry) Adams; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson; sisters, Joan Allen, Janet Bowermaster-Davis, Linda (Paul) Lamont; brother, Mark (Vesta) Frahm; in-laws, Doris Masters and Katy (Steve) Barkdull; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry W. Masters; son, Griz Masters; siblings, Dr. Paul Frahm, Jeanne Rise, Judy Pieritz, Barbara Monaski, Dr. James Frahm, and Dr. John Frahm; and an infant granddaughter. Visitation will be at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, IN, 46013, on Friday, June 24, 2022, from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 2:30 p.m. with Kathy Frahm officiating.
