James "Jim" William Walden

James "Jim" William Walden, 86, of Pendleton, passed away on June 12, 2022, at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Anderson, IN. He was born on November 3, 1935, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jim enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. He loved driving his semi-truck cross country in his early days, then drove locally as an owner/operator up until the time he retired at the age of 82. On the CB channel, he was known as "Domino". Jim is survived by his daughter, Valerie (Jeff) Petry of Pendleton, IN, son, Brent Renne of Tucson, AZ, step-son, Terry (Karren) Christianson of Oaklandon, IN; grandchildren, Joshua (Samantha) Petry, Nathan Petry, Daniel (Allyson) Petry, Derek Renne, and Deven Renne, great-grandchildren, Avery Petry, Adaline Petry, Bradlee Renne, and Olivia Renne. He was preceded in death by his father, William M. Walden, and his mother, Jesse Laduska Allen. The family will have a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
